Sophie's start as a dancin' machine

This is a video of Sophie's first dance recital! She still has some to learn (like the steps for a starter), but it was fun to watch, and the during the entire drive home she cried "I want to go to my dance recital!!!" Sooo, click the link already!

Sophie's 3rd Birthday Party

Sophie had her 3rd birthday this last week. Somehow we magically skipped over the terrible twos but are making up for it by the REALLY terrible threes!
Pictures of Olivia, she is now 3 months.

She loves to just watch people and try to figure out what is going on
Sophie and her pinata. I made it with four and water, but apparently I made it too hard... Brad had to break it open with the backside of a hammer!
I found a tube you put on the top of a coke bottle and drop 7 mentos into the bottle. It sprays the coke 25 feet in the air. The kids loved it!

6th wedding Anniversary!

I am so grateful for Brad and his dedication to our family. He is the best man and husband a gal could ask for. I am grateful to the Lord for his countless blessings, especially for the blessing of our family.
An amazing friend watch both kids so we could actually have a solo night on the town!

New pony

Sophie's Grandpa Tunks sent her a horse for her birthday, at least we don't have to feed it! She LOVES it! She climes on and choses a number and we have to cheer, "go number 4, go number 4" then give her a high-5 after she wins. Lucky (the horse) even has a gold medal that he proudly wears when he races.

Olivia likes to watch her sister ride Lucky, actually she likes to watch everything and everyone!
This is from when she first got the Lucky, she really gets Lucky going now!

Welcome Baby Olivia and Family Update

Olivia Claire Warner was born 2/25/2011 weighing 7 lbs 6 oz. She is beautiful and sweet and hates to sleep! The family is all doing good. Sophie is a great big sister but is still getting use to sharing her mom. Brad continues to get a 4.0 in medical school. He takes his boards and starts clinical rotations in June. I've quit working in the emergency room for now to be a full time mom (at last) and I love it!

Geese Poop and Osmotic Diarrhea

We are alive!

Finally settled down in our house, after a year or so of wandering in the wastelands of the West, so, now it's time to get moving again? Right? NO! Not happenin'. Back to the subject at hand.

We went to Encanto Park today! It's finally cooling down some so it's nice to get out. Sophie has tons of fun feeding the geese, until she got bit a few times! She still loved to run around though, well at least until she biffed it and scraped her forehead in the dirt, dirt that geese love to walk and poop in. Hmmm maybe we should have washed her hands (and her forehead) afterward.....

Note to those interested, Apple juice, when not dilluted will give your kids some nice osmotic diarrhea. (It's due to your body not absorbing the fructose in the apple juice very well, in case you wanted to know, though I know you probably didn't---that comment's from the captain of the "nerd herd" my hubby).
